Jacqueline Fernandez is a Sri Lankan actor from Manama, Bahrain and was born into a multi-ethnic household. Padukone was born to the famous badminton player Prakash Padukone. She was brought up in Bangalore and was born in Copenhagen. When she was a teenager she was a badminton player in national level championships but left her profession in sports in order to be a fashion model. Padukone is from Mangalorean background Her mother language is Konkani. Padukone, a village situated in Kundapura Taluk located in Udupi located in Karnataka State in India is where her lineage originates. Prakash Padukone has retired as an international badminton player, while her mother also works as a travel advisor.
